This page contains useful viewers, software, and product upgrades that may be necessary to conduct Lion business. Some libraries have reported difficulty in downloading specific programs (e.g. Netscape and Internet Explorer 128-bit encryption versions). The reason for this problem is documented in the corresponding links. To install these programs do the following:

1. Click the appropriate link to download. Note where you save the file.
2. After the file is downloaded, quit all open programs. Click on Start, then go to Settings, then to Control Panel.
3. Double click Add/Remove Programs. On the first tab click Install. Navigate to where you saved the file, and click Finish.
4. Follow the instructions for the program being installed.
