(1) Please Read This Important Note

The US versions of Netscape's products contain strong encryption that may be subject to US government laws and regulations. Export of strong encryption, even by Internet download, is regulated by the Bureau of Export Administration's ("BXA") regulations. You must comply with the requirements, below, in order to be legally eligible to download the U.S.-only versions of Netscape software.   4. will not directly or indirectly export or re-export the software (or any underlying part thereof) without first obtaining a US export license or determining that a license exception is available.
