Fuel Economy Guide
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA) have developed the fuel economy Website, which contains an
electronic version of the Fuel Economy Guide and features updated
fuel economy data for new and used passenger vehicles dating back to 1985,
allows side-by-side vehicle comparison, and offers fuel-saving tips. It also
contains vehicle-specific air pollution emissions information and safety
ratings and provides links to car buying Web sites.

Connecticut's new Digital Library
including full text magazine and journal articles, links to other library catalogs and
homepages, Infotrack and other great reference tools for children and adults.
Request
Request is the online database of holdings in
over 200 libraries throughout Connecticut. Recently enhanced Request system now allows
patrons to reserve items held in those libraries and have them delivered to Bill
Library. While it is more efficient and timely to borrow from other libraries
in our consortium, we encourage patrons to search Request for items of interest not
available in our own LION database.

An extensive index of links, evaluated, annotated
and maintained by the California State Library. It includes
its own search engine. Primary financial support for LII (Librarians'
Internet Index) from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under
the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in
California by the State Librarian. Other funding sources include California
