1. access the "Dynix Display Designer" by choosing "Dynix" from "Programs" listed from the "Start" menu.

2. log into PAC for Windows with a "User ID" and "Password".

3. enter a "Password" in order to access "Dynix Display Designer" for the PAC for Windows account.

4. choose the "Update" option in order to access the "Copy Status Display" record.

5. add an additional column for item barcode to the "Copy Status Display". The "Column Field" value must be "(NONE)", the "Column Label" may be "Barcode" as in this example, the "Column Width" must be "11". Choose "Additional Column Information" by selecting the "Addl..." button on the same row as the data just added.

6. complete the "Additional Column Information" record. The "Data Type" value must be "number". The "Translation Macro" value must be set to "F;0". When complete click on the "OK" button of the "Additional Column Information" record, and then the "OK" button on the "Copy Status Display" record.

7. click the "No" button on the "Schema Setup" record, and then click the "Close" button on the "Dynix Display Designer" record in order to exit the "Dynix display designer".
